Peel and chop the onion. Finely dice the Kasseler. Wash and chop parsley. Mix cream cheese with mayonnaise, smoked pork loin, onion and half parsley
Roast the rolls on the toaster if necessary and cut them into 8 slices. Spread 4 slices with 1/4 of the cheese mixture each. Put the remaining slices on top, fix with skewers
Wash the salad and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms
Mix vinegar with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Fold in the oil. Arrange salad, mushrooms and the rest of the parsley on plates. Drizzle the vinaigrette over it. Arrange the baguette next to it
