Ingredients

  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 75 g paprika-filled olives
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 discs Butter cheese (about 40 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives

Directions

    Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. Chop olives finely

    Wash the chives and cut into thin rolls. Mix tomatoes, olives, chives and tomato paste. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread the tomato mixture on the cheese slices, roll up and halve. Clean, wash and drain the salad. Arrange salad and cheese rolls on plates and serve
