Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON Vinegar (for B. white balsamic vinegar)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 2-4 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 1-2 stem(s) Sage
  • 1 very small onion
  • 7-10 Tbsp or shallot
  • 8 discs (approx. 80 g) Baguette
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter
  • 8 Discs (60-80 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parma ham

Directions

    Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar well in a bowl. Beat the oil well into the mixture

    Wash, quarter, seed and dice the tomatoes. Wash the herbs, shake dry and cut into strips, except for something to garnish. Peel and finely dice the onion. Mix everything with the marinade

    Briefly fry the baguette slices and brush them thinly with butter. Cover with 1 slice of ham. Spread the tomato mixture on top, garnish with the remaining herbs
