Salmon-fresh cheese cream on brown bread

Ingredients

  • 2 stem(s) Dill
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cream horseradish
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice
  • 5 discs (25 g each) smoked salmon
  • 4 (at 6 cm Ø; at 30 g) round slices of brown bread
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill and lemon

Directions

    Wash the dill, dab dry and chop finely. Mix cream cheese, horseradish and dill. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cut 1 slice of salmon into strips. Spread the remaining salmon on the bread slices.

    Pour the cream into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout and spray it onto the salmon slices. Serve garnished with salmon strips, dill flags and lemon corners.
