Wash the dill, dab dry and chop finely. Mix cream cheese, horseradish and dill. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cut 1 slice of salmon into strips. Spread the remaining salmon on the bread slices.
Pour the cream into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout and spray it onto the salmon slices. Serve garnished with salmon strips, dill flags and lemon corners.
