Filled ham rolls

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp and chives
  • 75-100 g paprika-filled
  • 7-10 Tbsp Olives
  • 100 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 4 thin slices of cooked ham (approx. 50 g each)
  • several sheets Lettuce

Directions

    Wash the herbs and shake dry. Finely chop the parsley. Cut chives into fine rolls, except for a few stalks for garnishing. Chop about one third of the olives finely

    Stir cream cheese and quark until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in chopped herbs and olives

    Halve the ham, spread with the herb cream and roll up. Wash the salad leaves and shake dry

    Arrange ham rolls and remaining olives on the salad. Garnish with remaining chives. Serve with Italian white bread or baguette

    -instead of ham you can also have smoked turkey breast or Italian mortadella

    -If it should be without olives, stir finely diced gherkins into the cream cheese cream
