Ingredients

Servings: 700
  • 1 piece (30-40 g each) Ginger
  • 15 g dried goji berries
  • 1 bowl (approx. 5 g each) unsprayed flowers (e.g. horny violets and geraniums)
  • 700 ml Gin approach (see below)
  • 7-10 Tbsp For 700 ml of gin:
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Juniper berries
  • 1 Screw-on glass (approx. 1 litre capacity)
  • 700 ml Vodka
  • 7-10 Tbsp thin sieve

Directions

  1. 1

Make the gin approach: For 700 ml gin base, crush 2 tablespoons of juniper berries coarsely and pour into a screw-top glass (approx. 1 l content). Pour in 1 bottle (0.7 l) of vodka, close it and let it steep for 3 days. Pour the resulting gin through a fine sieve. Leave to stand until the finest juniper particles have settled and then pour it carefully (without the sediment) back into the screw glass.

  2. 2

For the goya flower gin, wash and dry the ginger and cut it into slices with the skin. Add the goji berries and flowers to the gin. Screw the glass shut and let everything stand for about 1 day. Pour through a fine sieve.
