Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Heads picking salad
  • 1 (approx. 240 g) Cucumber
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) yellow pepper
  • 75 g Mushrooms
  • 5 (approx. 100 g) cherry tomatoes
  • 1 collar Dill
  • 1 collar Basil
  • 5-6 Tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Clean the salad, wash and drain well. Pluck into bite-sized pieces. Clean and wash the cucumber, peppers, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Cut cucumber into thin slices, dice paprika. Halve mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.

    Wash dill and basil, dab dry and pluck. Season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Whip the oil under it. Mix salad with cucumber, pepper, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, dill and basil. Drizzle with the salad dressing
