Game pâté with sherry cream

Ingredients

  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 4 cl sherry fino
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 small head of oak leaf salad
  • 4 discs (75 g each) Game pâté

Directions

    Whip the cream with the whisks of the hand mixer until stiff. Add sherry and stir in. Season the sherry cream to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Clean and wash the salad and arrange the leaves on four plates.

    Spread the pâté on top and pour the sherry cream over it. As a drink a dry red wine, e.g. a Bordeaux fits very well.
