Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 75 g paprika-filled olives
  • 1 TABLESPOON tomato paste or ketchup, pepper, salt
  • 4 thin slices of mild butter cheese (approx. 40 g each)
  • several sheets Lettuce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Vinegar 2 tablespoons grape or apple juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil

    Wash and finely dice the tomatoes. Wash the chives. Chop olives and chives finely

    Mix everything with tomato paste. Season with pepper and a little salt. Spread on the cheese slices. Roll up cheese firmly and put it in a cool place

    Clean and wash the salad and tear it into pieces. Mix vinegar, juice, salt, pepper, sugar and oil. Mix with the salad. Cut the cheese rolls in half and arrange them on the salad
