Stuffed celery

Ingredients

  • 1 collar (500 g) Celery stalks
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 4-5 Tbsp Whipped cream
  • 1/2 potty Cress
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper

Directions

    Clean and wash the celery and radishes, putting celery greens aside. Cut the celery into sticks about 12 cm long. Dice the rest of the celery. Cut the radishes into fine strips.

    Cut the cress leaves from the bed. Stir curd and cream until smooth. Fold in the radish, celery cubes and cress leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Fill the quark into the celery sticks. Arrange 3-4 sticks of celery green on four plates.

    It goes well with wholemeal bread with butter.
