Ingredients

  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 2 sour apples
  • 5 TABLESPOONS fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 Peaches
  • 7-10 Tbsp Slices of lime and lemon balm
  • 200 ml Vanilla ice cream

Directions

    Wash, clean and cut the strawberries into pieces. Sprinkle with sugar and leave to stand. In the meantime wash and quarter the apples, cut out the core. Cut apples into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Wash the peaches, cut them in half and remove from the stone.

    Cut the flesh into pieces. Mix the prepared fruit. Serve generously decorated with slices of lime and lemon balm leaves. Melted vanilla ice cream tastes good with it
