Wash, halve and stone the nectarine. Cut nectarine into slices. Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Peel kiwis and cut into slices. Peel bananas and cut them diagonally into slices.
Mix fruit, sugar and some lemon juice and let it stand for about 30 minutes. Stir yoghurt, remaining lemon juice and vanilla sugar until smooth. Arrange fruit salad with yoghurt sauce on plates. Serve decorated with lemon balm
