Ingredients

  • 1/2 pack (125 g) frozen blackberries
  • 2 cl Cassis (black currant liqueur)
  • 5 cl Sherry (medium)
  • 2 cl Lime or lemon juice
  • 2 cl Lautered sugar (sugar syrup)
  • 12 Ice cube
  • 7-10 Tbsp dry champagne

    Defrost the blackberries. Then put them into a blender with cassis, sherry, lime juice, caster sugar and ice cubes. Puree at the highest setting and pour into glasses. Fill up immediately with a good shot of iced champagne and serve with spoon
