Ingredients

  • 1 Nectarine
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Almond paste
  • 100 ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 100 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 100 ml Pear juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated coconut, orange peel and nectarine split

Directions

    Wash and quarter the nectarine. Remove the flesh from the stone, peel and dice. Put the nectarine cubes, almond paste and juices into a universal chopper and puree at the highest setting until frothy.

    Fill into glasses and serve decorated as desired with coconut edge, orange peel and nectarine slices. Makes about 480 ml.
