Filled hoof steak with mozzarella (woman)

Ingredients

  • 2–3 Tomatoes
  • 2–3 Basil leaves
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 TABLESPOON white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON + some olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 2-3 stem(s) Thyme
  • 3 Hoof steaks (approx. 150 g each)
  • 3 discs Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 Baguette slices

Directions

    Seed the tomatoes. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Chop basil finely. Finely dice the shallot. Mix tomatoes, vinegar, 1 tsp.

Grill hoof steaks medium rare for 4-5 minutes while turning. Drizzle baguette with a little olive oil and grill until golden brown. Cut a pocket into the hoof steaks just before serving. Put mozzarella and thyme in the pockets. Melt the cheese.
