Ingredients

  • 3 untreated lemons
  • 12 TABLESPOONS Elderflower Syrup
  • 450 ml well chilled mineral water
  • 12 TABLESPOONS crushed ice
  • 600 ml well-chilled champagne
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint leaves

    Wash the lemons thoroughly, grate them dry and remove the peel as a spiral. Halve each spiral. Place one piece of lemon spiral in each glass. Pour the syrup into the glasses. First pour in mineral water, add 2 tablespoons of ice and top up with sparkling wine. Decorate with mint leaves
