  • 12 dried plums and dates without stone
  • 24 Almond kernels
  • 12 discs Bacon (breakfast bacon)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil

Directions

    Fill plums and dates with 1 almond each. Halve the bacon lengthwise. Wrap plums and dates with it. Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the plums and dates for about 6 minutes until crispy.

    Drain on kitchen paper.
