Ingredients

  • 1 piston Chicory (about 150 g)
  • 100 g leaf lettuce (e.g. field and oak leaf lettuce)
  • 1 small onion (e.g. red)
  • 40 g Gouda cheese
  • 1 TABLESPOON vinegar, salt, pepper
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS grainy mustard, 2 tsp oil
  • 60 g Pork escalope

Directions

    Clean and wash the chicory and salads. Remove some leaves from the chicory, cut the rest into strips. Chop the salads. Peel onion, cut into half rings. Cut Gouda into sticks

    Mix vinegar, 1 tablespoon water, salt, pepper, mustard and 1 teaspoon oil. Dice meat and fry in 1 teaspoon of hot oil until brown. Mix all ingredients
