Ingredients

  • 1 gesch. onion (30 g)
  • 1/2 (5 g) gesch. garlic clove, 1 teaspoon of oil
  • 35 g red lentils
  • 1/2 TEASPOON curry, salt, pepper
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Tomato paste
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth
  • 40 g Spaghetti
  • 2 TEASPOONS frozen parsley

Directions

    Chop onion and garlic. Fry in hot oil. Add the lentils. Sweat curry and tomato paste. Deglaze with 150 ml water, add broth. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes. Cook pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes.

    Drip. Season the lentils. Arrange everything. Sprinkle the parsley on top.
