- 1/4 Pomegranate (approx. 75 g)
- 8 cl Pomegranate syrup
- 300-400 ml Sparkling wine (e.g. Cremant)

Cut open the pomegranate and scrape out the seeds. Spread the pomegranate seeds and syrup on 4 champagne glasses, pour over a spoon with sparkling wine to taste
