Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Blue Curacao syrup or liqueur and sugar
  • 4 cl Peach juice
  • 3 cl Whipped cream
  • 1-2 cl Cassis syrup or cassis liqueur
  • 2 cl Chantré Cuvée Rouge, 2 ice cubes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Blue Curacao Syrup

Directions

    For the crustarand: put some blue-curaçao syrup and sugar on each saucer. Dip the glass rim first in syrup, then in sugar

    Shake peach juice, cream, cassis syrup, Chantré and ice cubes vigorously for 20-30 seconds and strain into glass

  3. 3

    Let the Blue Curacao syrup run down the edge of the glass with the help of a straw. The strips only work with the syrup!
