- 500 g Strawberries
- 1/4 l Vodka (40 % by volume)
- 3 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
- 6-8 TABLESPOONS Strawberry syrup
- 7-10 Tbsp Sparkling wine or whipped cream and mint

Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Puree in a blender. Add vodka, lime juice and syrup and mix again briefly. Fill strawberry limes (approx. 800 ml) into clean bottles, close and chill

To serve, pour strawberry lime into 8-10 glasses. Top up with cool champagne or decorate with 1 blob of whipped cream and mint leaves
