Ingredients

  • 4 Bottles (200 ml each) Ginger beer
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 4 limes
  • 80 ml brown rum
  • 12–16 Peppercorns
  • 20–24 Ice cube
  • 7-10 Tbsp Straws

Directions

    Put 5-6 ice cubes into each long drink glass, first fill up with ginger beer and lime juice, then pour 20 ml rum into each. Coarsely crush peppercorns in a mortar and add them to the drink. Serve with straws.
