Martini Ice Tea

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 3 Bag of green tea (or 1 tablespoon loose tea)
  • 2 Limes, including 1 organic lime
  • 300 ml cold martini bianco
  • 3 spearmint
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube

Directions

    Boil up approx. 1/2 l water and let it cool down for approx. 5 minutes. Pour tea and let it steep for 2-3 minutes, depending on taste. Let it cool down, then put it in a cool place.

    Rinse organic lime, dab dry and cut into fine slices. Squeeze the lime. Pour tea over the martini and season to taste with lime juice. Divide ice cubes between 6-8 glasses, add 2-3 mint leaves and 1 slice of lime each.

    Spread the tea-martini mix over it.
