Ingredients

  • 160 g tender oats
  • 800 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 125 g Almond kernels with skin
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon

Directions

    Heat the oat flakes, milk and 1 pinch of salt in a saucepan, stirring constantly, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until a mushy consistency is achieved.

    Roughly chop the almonds. Arrange the porridge in bowls and sprinkle with almonds and cinnamon.
