Hollow out the inside of the bread slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Place baguette slices in the pan with the cut surface facing down. Place eggs in the openings of the bread slices, fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes, season with salt and pepper and turn carefully.
Also fry for about 3 minutes and season.
In the meantime, fry the bacon in a pan without fat until crispy. Arrange baguette muffins, cover with bacon.
