Roast beef rolls with artichokes and gorgonzola

  • 75 g Artichoke bottoms (tin)
  • 1/2 bunch Rocket
  • 100 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 50 g Schmand
  • 8 discs Roast beef (about 30 g each)

Directions

    Drain the artichokes in a sieve. Clean the rocket, wash and shake dry. Put the gorgonzola and sour cream in a bowl and mix with a fork. Chop the artichokes and fold in.

    Spread gorgonzola cream and rocket on the roast beef slices and roll them up.
