Ingredients

  • 120 g Millet
  • 350 ml Almond Drink
  • 1 package Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sea salt
  • 8 Figs
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Chia seeds

Directions

    Rinse millet thoroughly under hot water. Bring to the boil in a saucepan with almond drink, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and salt, cover and simmer gently for 5-7 minutes at lowest heat. Let the porridge swell for about 10 minutes.

    Wash the figs and cut into slices. Put the porridge in bowls, spread figs on top and sprinkle with chia seeds.
