Bircher Muesli with Papaya

Ingredients

  • 25 g Sunflower seeds
  • 2 Papaya (ca. 200 g)
  • 250 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 4 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 100 g fluffy oats

Directions

    Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without fat, take them out immediately and let them cool down. Peel the papaya and remove the seeds with a spoon. Cut the flesh into cubes.

    Mix yoghurt with 2 tablespoons of honey. Fold in oat flakes and sunflower seeds. Spread the papaya cubes on the muesli and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of honey.
