Radish bread with fried egg

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 8 sheets Picking salad
  • 1 small bunch of radishes
  • 50 g Radish sprouts
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 discs Wholemeal bread
  • 40 g Half-fat margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Clean the salad, wash and pat dry. Clean, wash and slice the radishes. Rinse and drain radish sprouts. Heat the oil in a pan. Beat the eggs and fry them.

    Season with salt. Spread slices of bread with margarine. Cover with salad leaves and radishes. Put fried eggs on the bread and season with pepper. Sprinkle with the sprouts.
