Egg bread on paprika quark with cress

Ingredients

  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1 leaf Picking salad
  • 1 washer (40 g) Wholemeal rye bread
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g each) Paprika curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cress

Directions

    Boil egg in boiling water for 8-10 minutes until hard. Wash the lettuce leaf, shake dry and cut in half. Remove the egg from the water, quench with cold water, peel and slice with an egg slicer.

    Cut the bread in half and cover with lettuce, curd, egg and cress. Pink grapefruit juice tastes good with it.
