Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 100 Double cream cream cheese
  • 2 Clove of garlic
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 500 g Girosgeschnetzeltes (from the fresh food counter)
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 (500 g) oblong flatbread
  • 200 g White cabbage salad
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh herbs and pickled peppers

    Wash, peel and roughly grate the cucumber. Stir curd and double cream cheese until smooth. Peel garlic cloves, crush them finely and stir in. Squeeze the grated cucumber and fold into the quark cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little vinegar

    Heat olive oil in a large coated pan. Fry the giros in this pan over a high heat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

    In the meantime clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Peel onions, cut into thin rings. Divide flat bread into 4 pieces and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for 3-4 minutes. Cut a pocket into it. Fill with giros and onion rings. Arrange coleslaw on tomato slices. Add tzatsiki. Serve garnished with fresh herbs and pickled peppers
