Ingredients

Servings: 18
  • 600 g + some flour
  • 2 packages Baking Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 300 g Low-fat curd
  • 120 ml + 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 120 ml Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar crystals
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Vital Core Mix
  • baking paper

Directions

    Mix 600 g flour, baking powder, 2 tsp salt and 2 tsp sugar in a bowl. Add egg, quark, 120 ml milk and oil. Knead to a smooth dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer.

    Form approx. 18 round rolls from the dough. Put them on two baking trays lined with baking paper. Score crosswise with a floured knife. Brush with 2 tablespoons of milk. Sprinkle as you like with sugar crystals and kernel mix.

    Bake the rolls one after the other in the preheated oven (electric oven: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for about 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Serve with jam and honey.
