Ingredients

  • 3 Cinnamon sticks
  • 1 coated Tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 Cardamom Capsules
  • 200 g brown candy
  • 0,7 l Brandy
  • 100 ml apple juice

Directions

    Fill cinnamon sticks, ground cinnamon, cardamom capsules and rock candy into a clean, sealable bottle. Add brandy and apple juice, close well and shake carefully

    Let the liqueur steep for about 2 weeks until the candy has dissolved. Chill the liqueur
