Ingredients

  • 375 g Sugar
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 375 ml very strong coffee
  • 1 can(s) (400 ml) condensed milk
  • 250 ml Spirit of wine (alcohol from the pharmacy)

Directions

    Bring 250 ml water and sugar to the boil in a saucepan and let it boil down for 5-8 minutes until syrupy. Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise. Scrape out the pulp with the back of a knife. Stir the coffee, condensed milk, vanilla pulp and vanilla pod into the syrup and let it cool down (refrigerate after about 30 minutes)

    Remove the vanilla pod and add the alcohol. Fill coffee liqueur into 2 clean bottles and close them. Enjoy the liqueur immediately or keep it cold
