Chicken sticks with sesame

  • 1 TABLESPOON white and black sesame
  • 120 g Chicken filet
  • 1/2 TEASPOON low-salt soy sauce
  • 1/4 TEASPOON Dijon mustard
  • 1 TABLESPOON Turmeric
  • 200 g Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

    Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat, remove and allow to cool. Wash the chicken filet, dab dry and cut into 4 strips. Mix soy sauce, mustard, 2 teaspoons water and turmeric. Turn chicken strips in the paste, sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in a lightly oiled or non-stick, ovenproof pan or dish. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 12-15 minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash the broccoli and steam it for 8-10 minutes in little boiling salted water. Arrange chicken sticks and broccoli on a plate
