Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat, remove and allow to cool. Wash the chicken filet, dab dry and cut into 4 strips. Mix soy sauce, mustard, 2 teaspoons water and turmeric. Turn chicken strips in the paste, sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in a lightly oiled or non-stick, ovenproof pan or dish. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 12-15 minutes.
