Ingredients

  • 1 potty Chervil
  • 1⁄8 l dry white wine
  • 1 TEASPOON Chicken broth (instant)
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS cold butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper

Directions

    Wash the chervil, shake dry and chop finely.

    Bring white wine, 150 ml water and 1 teaspoon chicken stock (instant) to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add whipped cream and simmer for about 5 minutes. Mix in the chervil and butter in pieces with a hand blender.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
