Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1-2 small dried
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chillies
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp some splashes more liquid
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweetener

Directions

    Peel the garlic clove and press it through the garlic press. Finely crush the chillies. Mix vinegar, garlic and chilli. Gradually stir in the oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and liquid sweetener.
