Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Cup (150 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1/2 untreated
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp several drops more liquid
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweetener
  • 1/2 bunch Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon peel

Directions

    Mix yoghurt and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sweetener. Wash basil and cut into strips. Sprinkle basil and lemon peel over it.
