Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 Onion

    Hard boil the egg for 10 minutes, quench, peel and let it cool down. Put vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar in a bowl and mix. Finally, stir in the oil. Peel onion, dice finely and add. If necessary, dice the egg with the egg slicer. Add to the marinade and season to taste
