Ingredients

  • 6 TABLESPOONS Red wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Maize-germ oil
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1/2 Beet Cress

Directions

    Put vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar in a bowl and mix. Whip the oil into a bowl. Peel and finely dice the shallot. Wash the cress. Cut off leaves. Add shallots and cress to the marinade and mix. Season to taste again
