Spinach sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 kg leaf spinach
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 1/4 l clear broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON lemon juice or something
  • 7-10 Tbsp chipped untreated
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon peel

Directions

    Clean the spinach and wash it thoroughly. Peel garlic, press it through the garlic press or chop it finely. Fry garlic in hot oil. Pour in broth and bring to the boil. Add the spinach and let it collapse. Puree with the cutting stick of the hand mixer. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice or zest

    Variation: With peppercorns, onion, hot spices, cabanossi cubes. Instead of spinach: puree herbs, broccoli or peas
