Heat oil in a pot and sauté curry in it briefly. Deglaze with pineapple juice. Pour into a bowl and stir in sour cream. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into small rings. Wash, clean and chop the chilli.
Stir the spring onions, chilli and peanuts into the sauce. Season to taste with salt and lemon juice. Add the sauce to the prepared rice. You can also enjoy the sauce with diced boiled ham and pineapple slices
