Ingredients

  • 2 Shallots
  • 250 g Tomatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 1/2 glass Capers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Directions

    Peel the shallots and cut into fine cubes. Wash and clean the tomatoes and pass them from the flower side over a coarse grater until only tomato skin remains. Stir in diced shallots and capers and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
