Dim sum with sweet-sour vegetables

  • 400 g Carrots
  • 4 Spring onions
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 150 g Asian sauce, sweet and sour
  • 1 pack of chilled dim sum with vegetable filling (Asian dumplings, 16 pieces, 200 g)

Directions

    Peel the carrots, cut them lengthwise into grooves and cut them into "flowers". Clean and wash spring onions and cut into strips. Steam carrots in a tablespoon of hot oil for about 5 minutes.

    Add spring onions. Add sauce and 50 ml water and heat briefly. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan. Fry dim sum in it for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Pour on 3 tablespoons of water and cover and let it simmer.

    Arrange the dim sum with the vegetables on a plate.
