Peel the carrots, cut them lengthwise into grooves and cut them into "flowers". Clean and wash spring onions and cut into strips. Steam carrots in a tablespoon of hot oil for about 5 minutes.
Add spring onions. Add sauce and 50 ml water and heat briefly. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan. Fry dim sum in it for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Pour on 3 tablespoons of water and cover and let it simmer.
Arrange the dim sum with the vegetables on a plate.
