Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • 2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Directions

    Peel and coarsely chop the garlic clove. Halve and stone the avocados. Remove the flesh. Add garlic and lemon juice.

    puree. Clean the chilli pepper, carve lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and chop. Stir into the avocado puree with whole milk yoghurt. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
