Ingredients

  • 150 g dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 collar Coriander
  • 20 g Hazelnut kernels
  • 1 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Drain the tomatoes and collect the oil. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Peel garlic, chop coarsely. Wash coriander, dab dry well, cut leaves into fine strips. Finely puree the tomatoes with garlic, coriander, nuts and sambal oelek.

    Gradually fold in the collected oil (approx. 75 ml). Season to taste with salt.
