  • 10 Stem(s) fresh thyme
  • 500 g Risotto Rice
  • 1 TEASPOON black peppercorns
  • 2 (10 g each) Bag of dried porcini, hand-picked slices
  • 2 Cellophane bags

Directions

    Wash the thyme, dab dry well and leave to dry on kitchen paper in a warm, dark place for about 3 days

    Put rice in 2 bags, peppercorns, porcini mushrooms and thyme nicely on top and tie up the bags. Decorate as you like
