Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 40 g Pine nuts
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese
  • 50 g dried tomatoes
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 150 ml Tomato juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried oregano

Directions

    Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat, take them out. Peel and roughly chop the garlic. Grate parmesan. Cut tomatoes into pieces.

    Finely puree all ingredients in the universal chopper. Gradually fold in the oil. Stir in tomato juice. Season with salt, pepper and oregano
