Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 Pot of coriander
  • 2 small red chillies
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 150 ml Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 2 limes
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar

Directions

    Wash the coriander, shake dry and chop finely. Wash, clean and finely chop the chilli. Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix soy sauce, lime juice and sugar together. Stir in coriander, chilli and garlic.

    Arrange in bowls.
